The team takes a collaborative approach, combining design, architecture, construction, and customer experiences. Throughout this iterative approach, the team refines the brand philosophy, adapting to insights along the way to deliver spaces designed to reflect their surroundings.
Architecture and Design
The process begins with the Collective Development team diving into the building’s history, researching archival details, and evaluating its structural integrity. This groundwork is essential for shaping the vision of what the building will become. Collaborating closely with the owner, the team develops the concept and spatial design, turning ideas into detailed plans. The 20-member architecture and design team takes the lead in creating 3D models, working drawings, and interior designs that are both functional and aligned with the company’s vision. They also manage the project budget, ensuring everything is planned efficiently.

Construction
As the design phase concludes, the construction team, consisting of over 100 builders and skilled craftsmen, takes over to bring the plans to life. Their role is crucial, turning the detailed drawings into a physical structure. Throughout the build, they work closely with the design team to ensure every element aligns with the architectural vision. By maintaining high standards, addressing challenges as they arise, and keeping the project on schedule, the construction team ensures the seamless execution of the project. Their work represents the final step in turning the initial vision into a completed building.

The brand team, which includes creative minds, marketing and communication specialists, writers, and graphic designers, creates the essence and visual identity of the company’s diverse brands.
