The former Ninoshvili Bazaar is a multifunctional recreational space offering a variety of facilities. Currently, the site includes 9 padel courts, managed by Gym Breeze. Following upcoming renovations, the space will be expanded to feature a modern fitness center, swimming pool, healthy dining options, landscaped park, and additional recreational areas.
