The Kutaisi Silk Factory, originally constructed in the 1930s, holds significant historical value and has been granted the status of a cultural heritage monument. Recognizing its potential, Adjara Group acquired the property in 2021 with the aim of revitalizing and repurposing the site. The proposed development for this iconic location includes the creation of a dining facility and common spaces, as well as the transformation of the factory building into a 37-room hotel.
