Cafe Stamba

A true celebration of the Georgian culinary heritage, the Café offers an avant-garde take on the country’s classic dishes. Local flavors embody the company’s signature farm to table concept through the sourcing of fresh produce and other ingredients from Georgian farmers. An open kitchen with exposed rotisserie, and fresh ingredients on display provide a preview of what delicacies guests can expect.

The well-curated wine list pays tribute to Georgia’s historic viniculture and features a selection of local organic wines with a focus on the traditional Qvevri wine-making method.

Pink Bar

The bar’s cocktail menu features handcrafted, zesty, seasonal cocktails created with local ingredients. The beverage program also includes exclusive beers and an extensive selection of local and international spirits. 

Chocolaterie & Roastery

Based on the bean to bar concept, Chocolaterie & Roastery is all about healthy and natural produce. The highest quality coffee and cocoa beans are ethically sourced straight from South America, Africa and Europe. Seasonal creations vary from one month to another and guarantee the freshness of ingredients and assortment of Georgian flavors. Ginger and spirulina shots are popular among health gurus, who also enjoy the in-house roasted coffee, home-made chocolates and fresh juices. 

Shio Ramen

The success of Shio Ramen at Fabrika inspired Adjara Group to open a new ramen shop in the heart of Café Stamba. The menu is based on Asian specialties with a special focus on in-house made noodles and broth. The open kitchen, floor-to-ceiling metal shelves and red leather seats blend in perfectly with the aesthetics of Stamba Hotel.

The Kitchen

Located on the ground floor overlooking the garden, the restaurant reflects the hotel’s signature aesthetic with a blend of traditional and modern design features. The open kitchen, featuring cutting-edge appliances, oversees a stylish dining room with industrial-style tables, weathered leather booths and the original wooden floorboards salvaged from the publishing house.

The Kitchen offers a refined selection of European classics made from locally sourced ingredients. Drinks menu celebrates Georgia’s ancient viniculture and features the best of the country’s wine selection.

Bar Room

Resided over by master mixologists, the Bar Room is reminiscent of a classic New York drinking den. Handcrafted cocktails and gourmet bar snacks are served in the chic surroundings of the bar and terrace, cementing the Bar Room’s position as one of Tbilisi’s hottest party spots.

Garden Bar

The ultimate urban retreat, the Garden Bar lights up the eastern corner of the hotel’s courtyard garden. Inspired by its lush surroundings, the bar has been designed as a living greenhouse with foliage climbing over the roof and walls, and the bespoke cocktails incorporate fresh herbs and botanicals.

Restaurant

The restaurant at Rooms Hotel Kazbegi pays homage to Georgia’s culinary traditions, as well as the outstanding natural produce from the surrounding mountains, forests and streams. The aesthetics are simple and rustic, with timber- and brick-clad walls, antique farmhouse furnishings and communal wooden tables – a reflection of the typical Georgian traits of fellowship and hospitality. The menu pays homage to classic Georgian cuisine and dishes are a celebration of local, seasonal produce. The menu is complemented by an extensive drinks list featuring a carefully curated collection of Georgian wine, including the distinctive Qvervi wine.

Bar

Flowingly effortless from the restaurant, the bar and lounge is a unique and homely setting in which to relax and soak up the customary Kazbegi hospitality, set to a soundtrack of chilled-out tunes courtesy of the state-of-the-art McIntosh sound system.

Lolita

Located across from Rooms Hotel Tbilisi in a 19th century historic building, Lolita represents the capital’s epicenter of contemporary international cuisine. Italian and new American inspired menu features handcrafted cocktails prepared with fresh pressed produce and local ingredients. Urban outdoor seating area with an open kitchen creates a unique social hub while the cozy and welcoming interior provides an escape for cold winter days.

Fabrika Restaurant

The restaurant at Fabrika Hostel features a mix of international dishes with an emphasis on the new American cuisine. The gastronomic diversity together with a friendly and inviting environment offers a unique social experience for all types of travelers.

Cocktails & Dreams Bar

One of the capital’s most popular hotspots, Cocktails & Dreams encapsulates the spirit of Fabrika Hostel with a drink selection based on local flavors and spices. Vintage armchairs, colorful hammocks and led neon lights generate youthful atmosphere full of energy and dynamism.  

Shio Ramen

Shio Ramen, the first Ramen shop in Georgia, is adding an East-Asian touch to the culinary experience of Fabrika’s courtyard. Shio serves specialties with an emphasis on ramen and in-house made noodles, the ingredients of which are locally sourced or bought from a Japanese market.

Milk

Milk is a cozy spot offering freshly roasted coffee, ice-cream, home-made desserts and smoothies with local flavors. The minimalist design of the shop blends well with Fabrika’s eclectic courtyard. It is the only other place to sell chocolate bars and bonbons from Stamba Hotel’s Chocolaterie & Roastery.

Restaurant Adjara at Holiday Inn™ Tbilisi

Greenery and tangerine trees enhance the aesthetics of restaurant Adjara, which offers the best of the local produce and serves traditional specialties with a modern twist. The Group’s executive chef Irakli Asatiani oversees the gastronomic excellence of the establishment and continuously works on new creations with fresh and natural ingredients.

Shukura

Sunken in the lush vegetation of Tsikhisdziri’s subtropical forest, Shukura offers a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, and a common recreational area with direct access to the sea. Rehabilitation works at Shukura were carried out in the spirit of Adjara Group’s sustainable approach to converse and restore abandoned buildings; thus preserving the place’s history, architecture, and unique landscape.
