Cafe Stamba

A true celebration of the Georgian culinary heritage, the Café offers an avant-garde take on the country’s classic dishes. Local flavors embody the company’s signature farm to table concept through the sourcing of fresh produce and other ingredients from Georgian farmers. An open kitchen with exposed rotisserie, and fresh ingredients on display provide a preview of what delicacies guests can expect.

The well-curated wine list pays tribute to Georgia’s historic viniculture and features a selection of local organic wines with a focus on the traditional Qvevri wine-making method.

Pink Bar

The bar’s cocktail menu features handcrafted, zesty, seasonal cocktails created with local ingredients. The beverage program also includes exclusive beers and an extensive selection of local and international spirits. 

Chocolaterie & Roastery

Based on the bean to bar concept, Chocolaterie & Roastery is all about healthy and natural produce. The highest quality coffee and cocoa beans are ethically sourced straight from South America, Africa and Europe. Seasonal creations vary from one month to another and guarantee the freshness of ingredients and assortment of Georgian flavors. Ginger and spirulina shots are popular among health gurus, who also enjoy the in-house roasted coffee, home-made chocolates and fresh juices. 

Shio Ramen

The success of Shio Ramen at Fabrika inspired Adjara Group to open a new ramen shop in the heart of Café Stamba. The menu is based on Asian specialties with a special focus on in-house made noodles and broth.
