Radio City to become a new multifunctional space in Tbilisi
Adjara Group’s development company Collective is creating Radio City, a new multifunctional space in Tbilisi’s Gldani-Mukhiani district. As part of the project, a newly launched online platform radiocity.adjaragroup.com will further facilitate faster and effective stakeholder engagement and two-way communications contributing to an inclusive development process.
“The online platform will help us better understand the needs of guests and tenants of Radio City. Therefore, we are announcing an open call and would like to invite every interested party to join us in the process of creating Radio City together. ”- Oto Berishvili, Executive Director of Adjara Group’s development company Collective.
Radio City is an innovative project tailored to the interests of the public and communities. The renovated buildings of the former radio factory located in Gldani-Mukhiani will create a new and unique center of attraction for creative industries, SMEs, youth and innovators in Tbilisi.
“Together with the local population and representatives of small and medium enterprises, we are developing a collaborative environment that will create new economic opportunities. Radio City will become a space of recreation, entertainment, employment, leisure with friends and family, and possibly a place to deepen knowledge and acquire new skills.” – Nato Japaridze, Executive Director of Adjara Group’s development company Collective.
The unique ecosystem of Radio City will include shared workspaces, shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment and event venues. The project will unite more than 10 industries, 35 sectors and will support more than 200 economic activities.
