Adjara Group has created a new hospitality concept– the Fabrika Hostel. Fabrika used to be a Soviet era sewing factory which the group converted into a design-centric, multifunctional space with one of the biggest hostels in the region completed with an expansive courtyard. The project was carried out in partnership with MUA (Multiverse Architecture), a dynamic and innovative group of architects based in Tbilisi.
