Adjara Arch Group is the in-house team of architects and interior designers responsible for the company’s construction projects. The creative team of twelve is known for turning historic and abandoned brutalist structures into stylish, contemporary properties.
The visionary professionals are creating high performance interiors with a juxtaposition of industrial minimalism and luxury avant-gardism.
Hotels are built and refurbished organically following a path of creative and authentic renovation rather than standard ideas.
Inspired by the beauty and vibrancy of his homeland, entrepreneur and owner of Adjara Group, Temur Ugulava, is personally involved in every phase of the development process from concept through construction to interior design.
The team has turned dilapidated abandoned structures into three internationally acclaimed lifestyle hotels and reconstructed a timeworn property into a top tier luxury hotel brand. The group also developed a number of restaurants distinguished by style, design and personality.
The group does not follow typical construction frames of pre-determined rendered plans but chooses to make creative decisions organically on a daily basis. As a result, the company’s projects are not copied images of already existing architectural sketches but gradually they turn into authentic establishments full of life and energy.
For Adjara Arch Group, having the in-house construction team of nearly 100 professionals facilitates the entire creation process. A greater collaboration and better integration between the various parties in the design and construction process leads to a more successful result.
Having internal construction resources and engaging on daily basis with technical staff allows decision-making to be more organic, transparent and fruitful. It also breaks down barriers between the different players in the process and enables the pursuit of creative excellence. The construction team includes engineers, craftsmen, builders, operators, artisans and many other key technical staff members, who ensure that Adjara Group’s quality standards are guaranteed and effectively implemented.
